Neema Summers is a minor character in Season 1 of Black Lightning.

Throughout the Series

Season 1

Neema and Lisa attempted to get some Green Light from Bam and Lashawn. However, they were spotted by Anissa, who pulled them away.

After buying some Green Light from Lashawn and taking it, Neema was abducted by the A.S.A., having gained metahuman abilities from her usage of the drug. She was subsequently kept in a tank along with other metahumans.
